we moved into our house a little over a year ago. we have renovated the 2nd floor and we are finally down to a few projects from being done. i am home alone with the girls for 3 weeks and what do i decide to do?? assemble and install a closet storage system. i am having a blast! i went to ikea (bc, uh, that’s the only place you should go when doing a project like this. duh.) and entered the land of never-ending-closet-storage-solutions. holy crap. sirrrrious option overload. the main system is called “pax.” they are all really tall shelves and i need short shelves. so, i went to the kitchen section and mixed a kitchen cabinet with pax drawers and shelves. the kitchen cabinets are really cheap so i got a great deal. yay for me! thank you, ikea, for your famous flat pack furniture. when i got home i unpacked from my vw beetle: 2 kids, 2 kitchen cabinets, 3 drawers, a 100×50cm board, 2 large bags of random funsies, a large step stool for mya and a 140cm window shade. ikea rox.
