Very large cardboard tube

Where can I buy those?

Where can I buy a strong cardboard tube with a diameter around 40cm, (can be few cm more or less) and a length of 2.50m? A pvc tube is fine as well in the same measurements I pressume.

Try a building supply store. Such tubes are used as forms for pouring cement into although the length I have seen is about one meter. Try factories that use or produce paper products. Hugh rolls of paper have at their core a cardboard tube in similar size to what you are looking for.
