Hampshire flooding: Village evacuated and motorists rescued

On the BBC lunchtime news they had a report of a couple being pulled from their porche just before it went under in a flood. The video they played showed the car with just the top of the roofr showing stuck in the flood. and then you could see the wipers still working!

A video showing it is on the BBC news app but does not seem to be on the BBC news web site. If you have the BBC news app on your apple/android or windows mobile device take a look
