Appartment swap/exchange in Stockholm

hello,

i have a lovely 32 squarre meters 1 bedroom appartment in Mälarhöjden, with a garden, very nice, green area, mainly swedish area, the rent is 6500kr, all bills included and it is a longterm contract.

I would like to swap/exchange my flat with a more urban area, cheaper rent and have a longterm contract also.

If anybody is interested please let me know or if you know somebody who might be interested let me know or if you know a website that i could advertise on to swap it let me know
