Internship and experience?

Currently I am a first year student in a university in Sweden and I am well aware of the fact that job hunting in sweden is extremely difficult without knowing Swedish. However, another thing that concerns me is experience requirements. I mean, it is understandable that employers want a somewhat experienced employees, but how many of the students who are finishing their degrees can have that? Universities recommend doing internships, but what if I choose to stay at school during that time to study something else that I am interested in?
Has anyone in this forum who can get a job without much experience?

You may be lucky to get a job without experience if you have other compensating qualifications and speak Swedish etc- but employers do like candidates with a track record

But Swedish students understand the importance of networking and gaining contacts by doing the praktik term or ½ term - many Universities will even help you arrange this

Some students look at the praktik term as a research opportunity to gather data that will form the basis of a course paper, bachelor dissertation or Master's dissertation

Praktik does not have to be a long period - I have known periods of 3 weeks to 6 months

You don't say your area. In computer science/engineering (and probably other technical fields) what I saw in Sweden is many students do their thesis at a company, and some eventually get hired by those companies. Another way is be a great student and get along with your profs/teachers/TAs such that they will recommend you when someone asks them for junior candidates. Find out about your teachers, some of them may have good connections with the industry.

I am studying International Business. I truly understand when you choose this field, internship is inevitable!
I like Sweden and plan to work here. However, it requires careful planning I guess. I will have internship in the 3rd year. But I cannot do internship in Sweden (as I am an international student) and I have to find companies that offer internship myself. I have been searching the Internet and I don't really know which websites to trust.
Can anyone give me some opinions about this website? http://www.europlacement.com/
