Where do I pay my taxes

Hi all,

I have a taxation question I cant find any information on?

I have recently started working for a Swedish company (employee). I still have some projects ongoing in Ireland which I´'ll be invoicing for through the Irish company. Where do I pay my taxes in this case?

Do I pay taxes in both countries?
