Name Changing in Sweden

Hello my fellows

I hope you could help me with this. I know it is possible for a person to change their name in Sweden, but does anyone know if it is possible to remove only one letter from a name eg. Sarah into Sara ? And if it is possible, does anyone know how to do it? Which is the organization in charge of this change?

Also, what is the law for name changing when getting married? What are the available options?

I called some institutions, but they were not able to answer.

I appreciate everyone`s help, thank you.
