Get the cysts removed and then make a decision about IVF. If it a simple functional cyst then one can still be fertile and concieve naturally. Many ovarian cysts turn on can to be hydrosalpinx ( cysts in the falopian tubes) , often doctors can't tell with an ultra sound what kind of cyst it is until they do the surgey. If it is a hydrosalpinx then the fallopian tube must be removed, and IVF will be needed. I hope you are fortunate and it is a simple ovarin cyst. I've tried IVF four times, the hormones and other drugs are hell on both the body and mind.
