Generally, you can forget this idea. While owning several apartments solely for the purpose of renting them out is a common form of investment elsewhere in the Nordic region, it does not happen here in Sweden. The rental market is controlled by laws that effectively prevent this.
Buy in Copenhagen instead. Having said this, there are plenty of companies here that own apartments and rent them out fully furnished (in the style of "apartment hotels"). I do not know how this works exactly, perhaps the regulation only covers rental agreements between private persons. ~~~PDX~~~ |

Hi there! I'm from Canada and planning for a vacation with my family in Texas. I have heard a lot about Amistad National Recreation Area and my family is very interested on water-based recreation, camping, hiking and rock art viewing. Hope you can help us find temporary apartment rentals that provide a wide variety of amenities and services necessary to make our temporary stay as comfortable as possible. We need apartment in del rio tx or around the area. Thanks.
