Interest deduction on apartment

New apartment, want to deduct monthly not yearly.

My sambo and I recently bought an apartment and I'm wondering how to change it so that we get the interest deduction on our mortgage applied each month, rather than get it all back once a year when we file our taxes?

Any assistance is appreciated.

You need to apply to the tax office for Jämkning ... (here in Swedish, not sure if available in English)

Watch out though, sometimes the calculation they use can result in the tax reduction being too much compared to interest rates, especially if the rates change during the year ... you may end up with additional tax to pay in the declaration.
