Hello Mr. Tele2.
I am your mobile broadband customer. I have called your customer service for password to lock the outgoing call from Sweden to abroad. You have charged for that 100 kr + tax. It’s ok. You have send it to my address and I have locked my phone for outgoing call to abroad. When I have locked this phone you have charged me 125 + 125 = 250 kr. Why? So once I have paid for password which around cost 130 kr. So all together it is 380 kr. You did not write me or send me any condition where has been indicated that you are going to charge this money. Definitely you are going to charge me when I will be open this lock. How funny way you are cheating us and very easy way you are making money from innocent people. All the best Mr. Tele2. |
