Hey there,
I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good electronic cigarette that I can get in Sweden?
Looking to spend less than 400 kroner- would like a low dose of nicotine in it too (less than a rolled cigarette)

or

I am looking for basically the lowest nicotine Snus, again, less than a rolled cigarette.

Any help is appreciated.

I cannot give you any specific advice, but I would warn you to read usage instructions before you use snus. Someone in Göteborg misunderstood the purpose of the sachets and ended up in critical condition:

e cigs with nicotine are illegal to sell or posess in sweden.

E-Ciggs that use nicotine are perfectly legal in Sweden, it is the contents of the little cartridge that when it contains nicotine are classed as medicine, and needs approval before it can be sold. As of yet there are no approvals for such cartridges, so the nicotine refills cannot be sold in Sweden. That does NOT mean it is illegal to posess, just means You cannot sell them in Sweden.
