(edit title) Moving to Sweden with pregnant GF and two dogs. Where to find a place to live in Options

Hi all,
we're from Czech and in need to move to Sweden ASAP. My GF will give a birth around 10th of October. The only problem I have found is to find a flat, or cottage for rent near by, or in Stockholm.
The problem is that I don't have job yet (although we have enough money to support our living for couple of months). And in most of flats available for rent there there are not pets allowed. We have two dogs.

Do you guys have any advice where to find a place to live in for price up to 5000SEK a month? A place where pregnant girl and dogs is not a problem.

I have over 13 years exp. in IT and willing to go low on wage request so I think there should be no problem to get some job in about three months even if I don't speak Swedish yet. The only problem is where to live.

Have you read any of the other threads regarding finding a job in Sweden without speaking Swedish? I get the feeling that this is a disaster waiting to happen!

Yeah it is. Even for foreigners from no EU/EAA countries. But money and prices for birth is not the reason we are moving. In Czech there is a good health care as well.

Problem is that I have write some articles targeting czech mafia and one of my action (DDOS attack transcribed to real life) was successfull. They've got angry on me and two weeks ago I found them at my flat ready to shot down my dogs.

On of my dog is uruguayan cimarron I've got in Ecuador and it once saved my life in Brasil. We have manage the situation peacefully. But I and my GF are not safe here now.

May it look as a movie story I know it, but it's true. So that's we need to move ASAP. I need to take my unborn child, my GF and our dogs to the less corrupted country. From Sweden I'll continue my work on my arcticles...

Ok, listen.
Birth is not free in Sweden.

It is free if you are a citizen or a resident.
But you will need a resident permit, and this isn't a fast process or easy.

To get a residency permit you need to be able to meet a certain criteria, usually have a job.
Trying to find a job now so close to the summer when most of Sweden goes on holiday is going to be hard, very hard ... especially given the employment market in sweden.

There are lots of small or start up companies. And I already have been living in Sweden in 2001-2003, so still have some friends over there.

And if there is no job in IT, then there is a job in cleaning, or pizza delivery, or farm or I can just fix people computers as a freelancer, or my GF can bake cakes for birthdays. Simply taking a job is not the main problem, it's a cosmetic detail.

Given that you are running for your life, your friends are not willing to provide space for you for a couple months?

Natal care is free as is the delivery - you pay a charge of approx 100 kronor per day you are in hospital.

Czech is a member of EU it supposed to be no problem to work and live in Sweden since 2004.

Yes this is part true ... however to be able to access this free service, you need to be a registered resident or citizen.
But you are neither, and I highly doubt you will qualify for such before the time of birth. Resulting in having to pay for the birth.

Only our dogs are the problem, why they cannot accommodate us.

Lol, I know it all sounds crazy. I've been living in US, Sweden, UK, the whole year of 2010 I've been in South America, paddling on canoe 3500km on river Purus with a dog. I guess it is definitely a sign of psychic illness. But no danger for others, just me....

After those trips I've got back to Czech (my country) willing to buy a land and make a small family farm, but found a group of bad guys ruling the country. I fought them my straight, open way and probably got to far.
