I found out a lot of information recently about what foods needs to be eaten for a particular blood type. Mine is B+. Previously I did not know one needs to take precautions. Now I know. So, I will try to follow and eat as per required. Of course one with B+ can be omnivorous too. But, noticed why I am unable to digest wheat products since a long time. And, some foods like chicken create irritation in the stomach.
Would be great if someone gives a good link about type of foods to be taken and avoided.

Read http://www.skepdic.com/bloodtypediet.html and make your own mind up. To me it seems significant that references are only from obscure sources.

One out of five people have this blood type. There is no special diet. If however it makes you feel better avoid foods that begin with the letter B.

Boar, if you are in fact that blood type you should get yourself a healing crystal & some incense and eat whatever you darn well please. You my be special(I will forever think of you as 'Special' in a short bus kind of way) but it has nothing to do with your blood type. tongue.gif

I know quite a few people following these recommendations and they all say that they feel better ever since they've changed their diet:

I tried it myself as well, but don't follow it 100%.

As B's are a kind of Omnivore some can be OK with wheat. But, some cannot. They blindly eat by thinking that they are OK. But, in the long run they can have some kind of problems. I used to think in the same way, it's OK I can eat anything. There is no one who can eat everything normally. There is something which the body accepts and also doesn't. And, each time I get the symptoms like blurred vision or blind spot. I was researching on myself.
But, that is a general kind of following of food, according to the blood types. Nothing strict. Some people are shy to tell their blood group.
I even have to avoid eating birds from now on. I found out that I can eat only animals which eat grass and those which are herbivorous. Most fishes are OK.
I found that Pig is not suitable for anybody.
In the long run if one just blindly eats everything then they get different kinds of diseases. Sugar levels can increase or decrease.

Really? So what do you eat to keep producing the same BS over and over again?

Boar, if it works for you then great. To me it sounds a bit far-fetched. But I have to admit that when I found out that I had high blood pressure I did not go the conventional route of pharmaceuticals. Instead I changed my diet and upped my exercise routine and my blood pressure dropped 20 points. So, what I thought was far-fetched before is now my norm.
