(edit title) Where to buy a pc Advice needed Options

Hey guys!

I was wondering where can I buy a pc (desktop) online? To be more specific... I know the big stores like Computer World but from my experience ( in my home country and England ) this big stores are quite expensive usually if you compare it with online shops. So, with this being said, can you recommend me a good company online, who can deliver products in Stockholm where I could buy a nice pc? I'm looking somewhere in the range of 7000-9000 sek. Also, I am looking for a new computer, so no second hand or refurbished. No laptops nor MACs.

Normally, if you want a pricey PC you build it yourself as usually such markets have specific needs or wants (rather than just asking for a good value computer in this price range).

I would advise the following places.

The problem with building it myself is that I'm not that good with hard ware... I mean... I would love to choose a configuration ( I already have one in my mind) but I would like to have some one who knows what he's doing to put it together for me since I don't have experience with this stuff...

What configuration are you exactly after?

Roughly it would be the following:

CPU: i5 2500k or i7
Graphic: Nvidia Gt 530 2Gb (even though I am not sure about it since I heard some bad stuff about it)
Ram: 8Gb DDR3
HD: 1Tb

This are the main things I am interested in... The motherbord should be smth from Gigabite able to support the above configuration... Source and cooler the same...

Now, I am far from experienced with the hard ware part of the computers, so I will tell you guys what I want to do with the computer and maybe you can help me with some sugestions in case there are skilled people among you with the knowledge necesarry to build a good computer with parts that go well together.

Basically I will use programs like 3ds Max, Photoshop, Zbrush, Maya in order to do 3d modelling and animation. This is my main purpose... I am a gamer as well but I am playing quite light lately and I am sure that if I get a decent computer for Maya and other programs, I will be able to play with no problems some WoW and some Diablo 3.

So here you have it... I am not doing anything professionally yet so I can't invest more than 8000 sek in a computer at this moment. So whatever you think is best in this price range.

As far as I know Maya and animation/modelling in general require a powerful processor and shit loads of RAM... is that true?

Most 3D software requires more power than usual ...
Does your budget include cost for this software, or do you plan to obtain and install that separately, yourself?

No mate, the programs are fixed... the money are only for the computer, ofcourse!

In regards to overclockers, they are usually cheaper than swedish retailers ... even when including the shipping. Since they have tighter margins and lower sales tax.

Hey man, that's really really great! Thank you so much for your time and effort!!! I need to ask you something though... can you please check how much it would be to put an Intel i7 instead of the 2500? And since I think your quite good with hard ware, can you please explain me two things:
1) Does it worth geting i7 instead of i5 2500 ?
2) How do you rate the graphic card? Do you have any experience with it?

I tried to find a place where I could edit a configuration but I can't find it... how does it work? you just order all the parts? or you ask them to put them together?

Answers to your questions:
1)Considering your budget,i5 and its rival(i7 950) are equal.Don't spend more money getting a more pricey i7,since your needs don't require such
2)It's a good mid-price VGA card.Usually more than enough for average users.Note that if you are going to work with very large(or multiple) screens you might need to choose a higher level(and more pricey) VGA card.In such a case you can buy a cheaper CPU and spend more in graphics card(which is the critical point for fast and smooth graphics).
I usually order the parts I want and then I build the PC(since I am a system builder)
I guess they do have such a staff and you can have your PC sent ready(with a charge of course).Anyway you will also need somebody to install the operational system and programmes as well

My first thought is, is a single processor (even with dual cores) powerful enough for 3D rendering?
Does the motherboard allow for multiple CPU'S?

And secondly, graphics cards are very important.

What about the monitor?
For me thats THE most important piece.
