I really shouldnt do this ....
But you have my attention. If the US were to request extradition on this minimum 2 year sentence agreement, any guesses as what it could be? Accessory to murder? Terrorism? Copyright infringement (that would show a great sense of humor) Banner ad revenue from stolen property (ala megaupload) Fencing |

Extradition teaties list what crimes the treaty covers. I am not so sure that Tax Evasion is actually listed in the Sweden-USA treaty?

I thought that was the only crime in Sweden which carried a substantial custodial sentence

I dont want to drag up a dead horse in regards to speculation.
But it would appear that there may be something brewing under the surface. I believe that maybe a new piece of information may be coming to light and negotiations or attempts to broker a political standoff may bare fruit soon. (Between Sweden and Assange). /Oooh I feel sneaky. |
