Which "area" codes are expensive?

Would like to know before calling

Hej everyone,

I was wondering which area codes / phone number prefixes may be expensive. I see a lot of phone numbers in ads and on company websites and I never see anything like "X kr / min" or so. I don't know if that is because none of those numbers are a service hotline with a price (rather just normal landlines), or if there is no law in Sweden dictating that those prices must be published with the number.

0900, 0939, 0944 may be expensive (and the cost is always listed)
020 is free
070, 072, 073, 076 is for mobile phones
