The internet has this wonderful service called Google which lets you look these things up for yourself. So if you type your question into there, as if by magic it gives you the following link http://marriage.about.com/od/sweden/p/swedenmarriage.htm . Now isn't that amazing !

You answered Your own question just there!

In Sweden, whilst there is no residency requirement to get married, if You are not resident and neither are Swedish citizens, then You need to provide to the Tax office official documents from Your home countries, or country You reside in, that are stamped and signed stating that You have the right to get married.

Since You cannot get married in Germany, then You will not be able to provide the offical documentation required by Swedish law either.

If you are illegal in Germany, then you are considered illegal in Sweden too even if you move here by some way.

Getting married will not change your immigration status.

Very good suggestion! Go Pakistan and get married there with your love wink.gif then you both are legally husband-wife, this can make you legal in Germany too wink.gif

Very doubtful ... Denmark has a requirement that if You are living abroad You must provide the valid residency permits. The OP is in Germany illegally.

As for going to Pakistan to get married, the issue would be re-entry to Germany, the OP will still need a permit, how to show it was not a marriage of convenience?

you may consult Pakistani consulate/embassy in Germany. You might get married there and this is also valid internationally.

The problem is that he is illegal and whatever action he does in Germany or EU will also be considered illegal. So, he has got only one option to take her to Pakistan, and get married over there. Once, they have become husband and wife then then can apply for entry visa to Germany.

Actually, I discussed this case with a Pakistani friend, and he said that this is not so straight forward even in Pakistan because if you are deported from another country and come back to Pakistan, then the police at airport also likes to know if you have had valid visa to go abroad and if not, they take you to the prison....this is same in India.

But, if she really loves him she can wait for some months while he spends time in prison and then get married wink.gif
