Hi, All :
I am No EU person and have submitted an working permit application on the MigrationBoard in Sept., and have paid for the application. As a result , I got an "control Number" which seems can not be used to check the application status.
One month have past , but I have no more information about the status.
So Is there any people have the same story with me ? How long it is to get an case number ? And how long it is need to get the decision ?
Thanks very much !

There seems to be no set answer. If you search this site you will find answers from 2 to 10 months. Good luck.

I'm sorry to report that I applied in Mid-July through the Malmo office and am still waiting a reply. I'm also non-EU.
It's been 3 months of waiting for an application that was claimed on the Migrationsverket website to be a maximum of 10 days.
Probably not what you wanted to hear...
