I have a question in regard to the Swedish law system or process how to obtain an acknowledgement of paternity and child support legally and lawfully in Sweden.  I explained my situation with a long introduction for my question. 

I resides in an Asian country currently and never lived in Sweden.  I am pregnant with my ex Swedish boyfriend who resides in Sweden.    We had promised to marry and have kids together (we are 30s) for the last 5 months  so I am pregnant.  But he decided to breakup with me and moved on.  One week later of the breakup, the big news of my pregnancy was discovered... He does not want anything to do with this child and never wants to see this child ever.  I decided to kelp this child due to that we wanted to have a baby when we created this little life.  I believe that it was not accident..  I am planning to give a birth in USA or my country.

I contacted authorities in my country and Swedish embassy for any guidance lawfully to obtain an acknowledgement of paternity and child support from him.  But I don't have a good guidance from anybody yet.  I will be a single mother to raise my kid so I want to research all my options before I will have a hard time to move around. 

If any of you who is reading this and has a good guidance, please let me know what I can do for my child so my child will have a father name on the paper and will have a better life with the financial support.  I like to know, the agency that I can contact, district court?, whether my child is illegible to get a legal aid from Sweden for the legal process in Sweden, legal cost if any, etc...
