Sale of house in Sweden and tax bite

Plan to sell my house and buy a flat.Is there tax on the first sale even though am buying a flat?
Can the tax be deffered?

Yes You can, to a mximum amount of 1.450.000 SEK, however if You do that You have to pay an annual interest on that amount which approximates to 0.5% of the amount deferred.
