recently my handläggare from Arbetsförmedlingen gave a list of recruitement agencies and told me to choose three from them so that he can refer me to get a jobbcoach. I have my masters in finance and my handläggare thinks that those those agencies can help me better than Arbetsförmedlingen.
but the problem is not all of those companies are good for dealing with candidates from finance background and looking for english speaking jobs. any suggestionssss??? regards, kamrul |

I don't have the same background as you but I've had a job coach and it didn't result in anything. IMO it's an overrated thing altogether. I think you'd be hard pressed to find english-only jobs though but who knows... maybe there's more of those in finance. I don't know.

I think that whether or not a job coach is successful depends on the attitudes of both parties involved...you and the job coach. Whilst I am certain that there are many that are useless, I found one that I thought was really very good. He came from this organisation.
http://www.senioradvisers.se/ To my way of thinking, there is no point in going to a 30 year old to get some inspitation...go to someone who has been around a bit and has some experience. Good luck. |
