Baseball in Gothenburg?

Hi This may be a long shot but just want to see if there are any Americans interested in playing baseball in Gothenburg this summer

Not American but I' huge baseball fan amd I watched all Gothenburg Sharks home games last year so count me in if you let me smile.gif

Real Baseball, of course! I am one of the several American ex-pats who plays with the Sharks. Serious competition and serious fun, and we've got some big shoes to fill for the year ahead: especially at the Shortstop position--the Nebraskan that played there last year for us is already a legend in the annals of Swedish Baseball. So if anyone out there knows a guy who used to play somewhere...let us know!! Find us on facebook or gbgbaseboll.com.

On the other hand if you're not a 6'5" nebraskan with a slash line of .561/.664/.923, but you live in GBG and like baseball, check out our club anyway: we've got youth teams, most of a softball team, a development team... all welcome!!

I'm a 6'4 240lb Canadian...but I haven't played Baseball in many many a years, more of a hockey guy! When are tryouts?

We do have a pretty good organization for baseball in Gothenburg with something for every level of players. Either the real competitive elite team or the more relaxad development team. In the development team some young players are groomed to take the step to the elite but also a lot of old players who still play since it is so much fun playing baseball.

We also have a youth team, juniors and a womens fast pitch softball team so there is something for everyone so just contact us and we tell you more about it.

Moving to Gothenburg July 1st from chicago, haven't played much baseball since high school but i still play softball every summer. When are tryouts?
