Svenska Posten - Hotline,?

What do I press?

Hi guys,
Got an email saying I need to phone Svenska Posten and speak to a person to get my parcel number for collection. The number I have is 020-232221 but I have no idea what to press as it's all in Swedish, any help would be appreciated!

Cannot say specifically about posten however in most cases if you don't press any button you get transfered to a live humanoid.

another method is to button mash. Try repeatedly pressing 9. Often the system will assume you're a ham fisted retard who can't press the right options and put you through to a person.
