After googling job vacancies for Chefs / Koks (haha yep gets the joke out the way..lol) I couldn't seem to find agencies over here or any form of online network that advertises Chef vacancies in Sweden, anyone offer any tips on where to look or best just contact hotels and restaurants directly?
I have my personnummer/bank account set up/residency accepted and will be looking for part time work from May/June this year then full time from Feb 2013. Any tips much appreciated. thanks |

Google for "kock jobb". Plenty of jobs available.. of course it does not hurt to contact the venues directly.

You can search for cook vacancies on the Job centre site where almost all vacancies are registered by Arbetsförmedling
You can then narrow down by type of job and city etc http://www.arbetsformedlingen.se/For-arbet...2c5931280001438 |

You could try contacting some recruitment agencies that recruit temps and permanent staff for hotels and restaurants
http://www.restaurangeliten.se/ http://www.restaurangassistans.se/ http://www.firstout-restaurangbemanning.se/ you can google for more or you could try English/Irish/American themed pubs and restaurants |

I know that Grinda are looking for extra chefs, http://grindawardshus.se/en .
Grinda is out in the Stockholm archipelago, known as on of the most famous and popular spots to visit with a very good reputation. It's a small island, so you would most likely be living on the island too, for the summer season. |
