Hi everyone!

Does anybody know what's the deal with all those gorgeous retro cars going up and down Sveavägen today?

There is a big American car culture here, my gf's farther owns a 1974 Pontiac Polaris that is his pride and joy. There are regular car meets every week, could have been that, a show or a ride out on a nice sunny day. You don't take cars like that on a ride out if it's anything else other than sun!

Wow! That's a one cool tradition, isn't it!

I wasn't aware of it when these beauties started cruising along the streets and when I looked out of the window I was like 'Am I in a fairy tale?!'

I also found a photoshoot of those here. Fantastic! But the most amazing feeling you get when hundreds of them passes you right in the streets.

Actually this saturday is the biggest cruising event of the year on Sveavägen. Cars will be coming from all over sweden to cruise the street and many people will be lining the street to watch. They also do it the last friday of the month but nowhere as big as Stockholm Cruising on Saturday
