If you can show good knowledge and skills in bridge design then finding employment in Sweden should not be a problem. Bridge designers are in high demand and in short supply. Swedish companies are resorting to buying engineering companies in Croatia and Estonia, simply to get their bridge designers. The working language will be Swedish, but a lot of language tolerance is given in order to hire the engineering skills.

I possibly know a few more. New grads are always picked up if they have taken bridge or roading design streams. As I said, the large consultancies are so desperate for staff that they are buying overseas companies just to take their bridge designers. Even in my local office our bridge team are fully booked for a minimum of 18 months in advance. Bridge and road designers are in very short supply in Sweden.
