I have been searching for days and it seems impossible to find a room or a apartment in Stockholm im coming from Greece have search almost every site but cant find anything... Can someone pls help me out and tell me what is the system there?

Stockholm must be one of the hardest places in the world to find an apartment.
And when you do find one, it won't be the Scandinavian designed that most of us used to imagine.. It's very expensive as well. For a start, try searching in http://www.blocket.se or http://www.blocket.se/stockholm/lagenheter...g=3020&st=u Then, you can register with http://www.bostaddirekt.com/ (it costs) and try to find something from there. The best way though, is through connections. Good luck! |

In fact,finding a room is easier than an appartment(except in case you are willing to pay a huge amount of money!)
The procedure is simple:Goto Blocket,search for what you want and if you find something and there is a telephone number of the owner ring him at once. You can also check a relevant forum(patriotaki) where there are frequently announcements for rooms available |
