(edit title) Transfer money to Bankgiro Number For Paypa, any help? Options

Hi,
I'm not a Swedish citizen, I have registered a handelsbolag company in order to apply for a self-employed 2 year work visa, now I have to send over a 911e form for some changes in my company like address etc, I have to pay a fee of 600:- to some Bankgiro or Plusgiro number, I do not have a personnummer or bank account in Sweden.

Is there any way to transfer money from Paypal to a Bankgiro or Plesgiro number? I really have to pay the fee in order to be able to send over the form for process to bolagsverket.

You can't. You will need to ask for their IBAN and use a transfer from whatever bank you now use.
