QUOTE WARNING: document has some very unsavoury details about what Sweden+CIA did to Egyptian refugees https://t.co/LVqbmj8A

It is an old story, and it was indeed unfortunate the way the guys were handed over to the CIA and mis-treated ... the net result of that was the one outcome that no-one wanted, which is that suspected terrorists obtained PUTs in Sweden.
If they had followed the rules and ejected them calmly without handing over to the CIA, then all would be silent now. The biggest mistake they made was not allowing the final appeal/notification in advance, because they never would have been given asylum since Säpo had already deemed them security risks, even before the Anna Lindh / CIA involvement. For those kinds of asylum applications it is Säpo that makes the real decision not Migrationsverket case officers. |

It is an old story, Yes, there are no new details at all in the petition byke linked to; it is already present in the public records from the Swedish investigation and has been in the news many times by now. But it is of course good that they go after US authorities too. |

Would forced Anal insertion of medication in a Swedish airport be classed as rape or sexually degrading behaviour under Swedish law? And would it need to be administered by a Swedish medically qualified doctor, if it was to be done so against the will of the patient?
