Hi all,

I am looking for 2nd hand commercial cooking equipment preferably in the Jönköpings Län / Småland area but after putting in every combination in google I'm still coming up empty. I've looked on Blocket.
Does anyone know any websites I can check out?
It will be greatly appreciated.

I am sure big municipality such as Jönköping must have plenty of second hand stores where you can hunt for some quality cooking equipment. Here in Gävle I occasionally go to Erikshjälpen, where there are usually plenty of furniture, books, records, lamps and cooking stuff such as plates, bowls, cups, mixers, toasters, spoons, forks, knives, baking forms, etc.
As I looked up, they have Erikshjälpen in Jönköping too. Here is the website.

I'm looking for COMMERCIAL cooking equipment not home cooking thanks.
I know erikshjälpen and they have home goods not commercial.
I'm looking for large machinery ie. rotisserie, glass sterlisers not toasters and the like.

if you can work flexibly in whatever it is you aim to produce, see if you can farm in to use an existing kitchen out of hours, or if they have spare space or capacity for you to work, when they are also there. Some existing business, might not use their kitchen at all on a weekends or after say 2 or 3pm. If you are producing goods to jar etc.. then it might be an option. Depending on if you can fit it to suit your lifestyle.

Chase up the property department in your local kommum. We do a lot of design work in renovating schools and the client brief (the kommun) typically includes for the redesign of an existing kitchen with new equipment.
