I think it depends.
In my case I only got 500SEK extra after requesting 4k more.

However what was offered to me in the first place was already high so I was not surprised.
It's good to try to ask for more and give some reasons to support your request.

You do not have to say it in a way so it will mean that
you will not take the job if they don't add something extra.

The truth is once you sign the papers you can expect expect 3-5% of salary rise each year.
So now is the time to negotiate.
