Ok, I am unhappy with much of the commercial products sold in Sweden.
So I thought I would start a list of stores that ship to Sweden that may hold some value. Please feel free to add your links here. Amazon.co.uk (beware they charge 25% VAT on orders shipped to Sweden) Debenhams.com Johnlewis.com (they even ship furniture to sweden at reasonable costs // king size bed shipped £200) ebay.co.uk (can be good to snag bargains) |

For the really BIG MEN
The Big Mans Shop, and Big Ozzy Clothing both UK,...though Big Ozzy shipping is a bit pricey. I generally find Swedish kegs a bit whimpish and not quite up to the job. |

www.ebay.de - much better than Ebay.co.uk as they will ship very large items (takbox, LCD TVs) to Sweden at the blink of any eyelid.
www.chainreactioncycles.com the biggest on line cycle shop in the world (Electra cycles are about 40% of the cost in Sweden and much bigger range). Will cost £20 to ship full size adult bike from N Ireland to Sweden (try doing that in Sweden) www.play.com - free postage (but will not ship electronics), charged in Euros but no bad thing since that's going through the floor. www.interparcel.com - somebody on the Local suggested this site and they have changed my life. Have all my items sent to my sister's London address (in UK most postage is free). Every month they ship the whole lot to me for about £23 for 12kg package. They are a consolidator and their prices for DHL are about 25% yes 25% of DHL's advertized. Buy abroad and show Swedes we live in a global economy. If they want to compete they must be less greedy. |

I also found that many of the private sellers on amazon ship to Sweden which means you can buy second hand books for pennies

Maybe of limited interest but discovered Ebay seller who sells Bell Faction cycle/skateboard helmets for £19.99 + £2.99 p&p. In Sweden they sell for between SEK 299-399 plus SEK 100 frakt.
Ebay Helmets Lets try and make this a permanent thread. |

You must be really silly! Buying tobacco products in the UK? UK is also putting massive taxes on tobacco products and therefore really expensive!!
Buy in the Netherlands is my advice and you can do this from this shop, (from which i bought when I lived in the UK and still keep on buying whilst living in Sweden) Compared prices, but netherlands is a lot cheaper on alcohol and tobacco products! http://www.cigarwebshop.com/ Cheers, |

I am Dutch! ha, and that was clear with my commend about buying tobacco in the Netherlands, but sometimes the Britisch have good stuff as well (Ha, not always, hehe)
I love this shop, surprising high quality clothing, even better than you might think from their website! High Quaitly for really low prices! Timeless as well! and not very high shipping charges either! Check them out; http://www.woolovers.com/ I use them myself! If anybody knows a shop in Sweden, close to Stockholm where you can buy really high quality wool jumpers at these prices, let me know. I think you might not find even 1 shop here in the whole of Sweden! Cheers, |

muji.eu
muji.co.uk Though there is a very limited Muji selection at Åhlens in Stockholm, it is far from satisfactory for true Muji fans. |

Hi Byke,
Thanks for that. I am just looking at play.com. Interesting. Kelly's Heroes on bluray. That would be good for my dad. Definately a bit of competition for Amazon. I do intend to slowly replace all my DVDs with bluray as they are released. I am a bit annoyed at the Lord of the Rings release on bluray. I am not buying lord of the rings on bluray until they release the extended directors cut on bluray. I am waiting for Farscape and other series to come out on Bluray as well. I will do the same with Stargate Atlantis and other series I like as they are released. Kind regards Andrea |
