Another (part 2) Food recall by ICA Sweden

Yet more metal ground into mince meat ...

Its almost a double whammy today as yet another food recall concerning the Swedish food store looks to recall close to 15kg of mince meat sold by one of its stores as it believed a knife was ground up into said meat.

The incident happened last weekend, but the recall has gone out today.
Given the limited time frame such meat has, it raises the question of accountability.
