This is very true.

Sweden makes a lot of money selling weapons to other nations wanting to be able to protect their borders. Whereas Romania doesn't appear to need to protect their borders, as many of the people of Romania have been fleeing the first opportunity they get.

It would be a "silly" to waste money on border defence when so many don't even want to live there.
When they would rather live on the streets in Sweden, begging for money and eating out of rubbish bins.
