I just read that there is snow in Kiruna already.
Is it generally warmer near the Baltic? With less snow?
What's it like to live in Luleå?
Do buses run from the airport to other places in the region, or do you have to get to Luleå Bus station first?
Is there a good indoor shopping centre in Luleå?
Is there a good library?
Can you get a train into Finland?

buses can transfer people to everywhere in Lulea. For example, bus No,4 connects the airport to the center. Also, there is a good library and several indoor shopping malls in the centrum and you can find it very easily. There is always lots of snowing in winter and -20C probably continues for one or two weeks during January or February, but the public transports are not affected by the harsh weather.
