UK is more interested in people exporting large amounts of cash.

You can bring as much money as you want, but anything above 10,000 EUR you have to declare in customs (i.e. show some bank draft or equivalent to show that the money are not illegal).

However, why bother bringing that money in cash? Better to do a simple bank transfer. If you earned the money in UK it is not taxable in Sweden anyway.

I have heard it must be 10 000 euros or less , but sending it through bank I will lost a lot of money , not the money I have to pay to be send which is 25 pounds and to receive its 50kr or something , its the currency I am gone lose on they cant guaranty me how much money it will be when the money arrives in Sweden . so if its 10 000 pounds I may get 110 000 kr but if I have the cash and change it in sweden I may get 114 000 or more .

I got a good rate going from Abbey to Swedbank. 10.76 last Thursday which is quite reasonable. They paid into the bank in pounds and it got converted this end. If they convert it the UK end they will screw you with 10.3something though.

There is no restriction on how much money you can bring, but you MUST declare any value above 10,000 EUR.

You will lose a lot more by bringing cash. Swedish banks hate cash and you will pay a lot for them to handle it. Just cashing a foreign check will cost you 500SEK. Also, both banks and exchange bureaus will give you crappy exchange rates if bringing cash. If you try to exchange more than 10,000 SEK in cash, they will have to ask you questions (or see proof) about the legitimacy of the money.

To send money from the UK the bank charges a one-time fee, plus a certain exchange rate. You can do better by doing electronic transfers through exchange brokers. Swedish banks generally don't charge for incoming transactions.

Quite a few do for incoming non-euro transactions. For example 30 or 50 kr at SEB, 25 or 65 kr at Swedbank and 50 kr at ICA. Check their price lists if you don't believe me...
