Registration for a car

Hello! I bought a second hand car last Thursday. I bought through the car dealer. He made me to fill the paper. It was a normal paper. But, not ägerbyte yellow paper. How long does it take for those 2 papers blue and yellow to come to home from Transportstyrelsen? Thanks!
