I am a house owner who wants to rent one of the room(s) in my house.

and I can not speak swedish. In this case. How do I make a vaild english rental contract to tenants?

can anyone tell me where can I find some templates of the english rental contract in Sweden?

but still I wonder is it possibile to make a vaild agreement in english? since me and the tenants both cannot read this?

is there any precedent in Sweden that people use the English agreement for English speakers?

Sweden is within the EU ... not only can you choose between parties what language, but even which jurisdiction contracts fall under ...The tenant must also sign the agreement, it is their own fault if they did not understand the contents, though there is a degree of protection that it cannot contain unreasonable contract clauses. I wouldn't worry about it, English is perfectly acceptable
