I am wondering how much I would expect to pay for rent in Stockholm, Sweden (in Vasastan, Norrmalm). I might be moving there for a job so I am trying to get an idea of expenses. My confusion comes from this post, which shows that 9,000 kroner is around the average, however when I use blocket I find many reasonable apartments such as this one that seem to come in at 2310 kroner, which is a big difference. Are there some hidden costs I am not privy to?

5 million for the apartment, and 2310:- per month for the upkeep costs.
These fees are part of a house collective, that are collected to look after the house. Some houses with multiple apartments have different monthly upkeep fees in part based on the amount of cash has been invested by previous tennants. |

9000 SEK for a sublet flat in town may be reasonable but it will not be a huge flat.
The link on Blocket that you posted is a flat that is for sale. The price is advertised as roughly 5 million SEK, and the 2310 kronor is the monthly maintenance fee. |

Yeh that makes sense (the monthly upkeep costs), thanks for pointing this out, I thought something wasn't quite right with the discrepancy.
