470 SEK was only Driving Licence Book without complements (their costs as new are 289 SEK), but now they do not have Driving Licence Book in English at all.

I have an english copy of the Swedish driver's license study books & CD for sale. I used this to pass my test in March 2012 - passed on the first attempt (had a driver's license from Canada).
