As the title states, what did you have for dinner today.
It doesnt need to be posh or over the top ... Its just meant so others can see, and hopefully give them some idea so we dont end up eating meatballs and pasta every other night. Example : Today I had some leftovers from yesterday so we had Roast Beef, Gravy (bisto best of course), Veg, Yorkshire Puddings. Wish I had a trifle for desert though. What did you guys have? |

Quinoa, with Quorn mince and vegetables. Particularly nice with red pesto sauce!

The only thing I've eaten so far today is a peanut butter sandwich. I'm about to go out and get some food though, trying to decide what I want today.

Last night I had baked chicken breast with broccoli & carrots and a roasted sweet white corn-on-the-cob. Glass of merlot and watched a movie on my Mac. It was a pretty solid evening.
EDIT: OH! And a small handful of gummi bears for dessert. They are my wekaness |

Guess what, I just ate one of those "double down" sandwiches at KFC. What is that you might ask? It's a sandwich made out of two pieces of fried chicken with bacon and cheese in the middle. I feel like I just gained 20 pounds! LOL!
