I think its not this simple that there are no jobs.
There are jobs (like Stockholm) but its impossible to find a place to live. Your city might offer you some opportunities but they are not that much. Plus there are many more opportunities if you go to Norway some how (hopefully by a legal way after completing your education) But learning langauge (Swedish, Norwegian or what ever you want) is the first step. |

The first step in his case would actually be learning English, the proper English that is.
What's up with " i want to know that is it impossble to find a job in Sweden as a production eng? this problem confuses me so much..i ll live with my cousin and i ve so many relatives(also my bro) in Sweden and they ve restaurants.. " ? "i ve so many relatives" "they ve restaurants" ?? What ?? |

Basically in Sweden and as a student you take any job you find - you don't say "I can't wash dishes as I'm an Engineer" - you will have very good luck if you find any sort of job that you can combine with studies - especially when you don't speak Swedish
It is possible that there may be industrial jobs available - but you may not be an attractive employee without any Swedish Västeråsis like the rest of Sweden - it's tough - recently a new supermarket opened up and advertised 30 low paid jobs and over 2500 applied - almosy 100 people for each job! http://www.thelocal.se/discuss/index.php?showtopic=38429 This is why you have to show MV that you have 75000 kr for each year of study in your bank account before you travel - as you cannot guarantee that you will find ANY job - even in Stockholm - every year students think that they can pick up a job as students and play tricks when it comes to showing MV bank aaount detail - yet every year I have personal knowledge of students forced to go home as they run out of money |
