Man U Second Place!

Facing Imminent Relegation?

Berbatov again fails to score 5 goals!!!!!

Newly acquired Ashley-Young fails at goal attempt. Trade him off!

Rooney fails at hat trick again, a constant problem now, has hair transplant gone to deep and affected his motor skills?

Defense non existent...anybody can put a ball past them, and they did!

New keeper let's everything by, needs a net in front of HIM!

Is Sir Alex showing signs of senility? Again failing to put a winning team together, second place is no accomplishment for a once capable manager.

Has the recent civil unrest caused irreparable damage to a once proud team's winning spirit?

Man U must get busy and acquire new talent...spend millions to rebuild this faltering giant...or go down!

...another card-carrying Man U fan, always-in-the-stands-at-Old Trafford, I see...?

No, not at all!... New to the game and never played it!

Too far away from "Old Trafford" to see a game.

But I am acquainted with sports hype, I'll bet somewhere somebody is explaining why they could not get five goals and be on top. laugh.gif X3

Some people are a bit passionate about the "Beautiful Game" and I am beginning to understand why. smile.gif

There is only ONE United ! biggrin.gif

De Gea does look a bit shaky .. and honestly I think Stekelenberg would have been a better buy..more experience and only 7 million quid...

Neuer is the best though and same value as De Gea but went to Bayern sad.gif ..

Maybe De Gea needs more time... we shall see

but on average the team was quite new and now Ferdinand and Vidic are out and we have so many important games coming up ...

we shall see ..

When's the last time three of the traditional big four (Chelsea, Liverpool & Arsenal) dropped points in their first game of the season?

Unless Manchester United fairs very poorly against teams like Chelsea, and Manchester City in direct head to head competition, I can't see them losing their title.

Premier goal of the week from a Swede can you believe ? wink.gif
Not complaining if he scores a few more like that, especially as we got him for free. biggrin.gif
Wouldn't mind being a fiver behind him with his pay packet though.

Hey Jack!

I'm surprised, two back to back posts and not a rap to Sweden in either one, I always knew you were a decent chap.

Shall we try for three?

Or, am I pushing it? laugh.gif X3

Mmm.. After watching the top contenders of the Premier at the W/E,along with the Madrid/Barcelona game, whoever wins the Premier, which is presently open ended, they are likely to suffer in the same way as previous years, if and when they are drawn together in the Champions Cup with either of the mentioned Spanish sides.

Football fans pay (extortionist prices) to watch entertaining, skilful and exciting football, not the likes of Joey (the hair) Barton and co. Enter Madrid and Barca, only a pleasure!

*the premier is full of bonking soaks and overpaid prima donnas*

Watching Swansea getting their "clocks cleaned"...No wonder... Manchester City has a payroll twenty times larger than theirs!

Good first half though.

Well seeing how I'm in a generous mood.
We used to have a cracking mid-fielder name of Stefan Schwarz who was previously with Arsenal,Benfica and Valencia. He was a tremendous influence and dominated the middle of the park. Our lot finished seventh in the Prem for two seasons when he was there and would have done better but for bad injury problems including Scharzy himself, which unfortunately brought an end to his career.
Don't know where he is now but I do recall he actually booked a flight in a spaceship for future use when possible, when he was with us.
Who knows he could be the first footballer to play on another planet if he got his problems sorted.

Lively affair down at the Nou Camp last night Gamla, (running into the early hours of this morning.)
Don't tell me you missed all the action, both on and off the park.
It was beginning to look like a rerun of the Spanish civil war for a while.
