Hej guys i am going to do D test soon wondering if you guys know abt the writing part ? What did u write abt ?? One part of my written test was an email to a friend, I'm afraid I can't remember what the other part was. If your teacher is any good you should have practised all the possible questions a number of times. One important point is to address all the portions of the question, so for example the question could be structured like this: Write an email to a friend to let them know you have a new job telling them: Where you will work and what position you will hold. How you got the job. What you like about your new job. How far you must commute to your new job. Even if it is only one sentence on each it's very important to address all the points raised in the question otherwise you are likely to be marked down heavily. Good luck! |

From memory I had a to write a letter to the newspaper regarding cellphone useage in public places. Was about one A4 page long. One thing you may need to brush up on is the Swedish terms describing different types of text, such as newspaper letters, articles, etc. So you don't end up writing a magazine article in the style of a letter to a friend. Or vice versa.
The other main writing part for me was a multi choice section. Had to match up advertising slogans with different types of shops and businesses. A few other questions but along the same theme. I think there was also a small section where I had to match up a number of nouns and verbs with words of the same meaning. Overall, it took just over an hour for me to complete, and I wasn't the first to finish. |
