I was thinking just a few days ago, has a "keeper" ever scored a goal, as you know sometime they come forward for a last ditch try type of thing.
Watching the game on replay in a few minutes...what a treat...100 yards out! |

QUOTE one outrageous clearance from Tim Howard that, caught by wind, travelled 80 yards, bounced over the horribly, hopelessly stranded figure of Adam Bogdan and finished in the net It was the wind what did it! |

I am spending 3,600 kr tonight taking my son, his partner and the missus to the hockey with dinner for my sons birthday treat.
If LHC lose to AIK and MODO beat Timrå tonight then LHC will drop down to 11th. Even though they have been crap all season, every home match starts with music and fireworks with a voice over that claims that this is the year LHC will lift the cup. I did not know there was a cup for being relegated |

He is also a sportsman of high integrity, as he did not celebrate his fellow keeper's embarrassment.

Quite a few similar to Howards effort. Also quite a few from the last ditch efforts you mention. In addition many keepers are specialist free-kick and penalty kick takers. One Brazilian keeper has more than one hundred goals to his credit ! |

Good as!. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bwG-3KjxzG0...feature=related. *won't find any better* lol. I saw David James do it too, except the ball was coming straight in and hit a piece of sod, as he rushed out to clear it...went right by and his foot in the air...without contact. The team went on to relegation. |

Much the same with that Paul Robinson clip. The ball hit a divot and bounced over his foot at the split second he attempted to kick it. He didn't appear to make any contact with the ball. |
