Broadband internet connection

Which is the best and cheap?

Hi,

I need to get internet connection for my rented apartment. Need to know few information: if apt already has a connection, can I get connection from other broadband companies??? If yes which the cheapest and reliable available.
My kid would watch cartoons on youtube, general surfing, watching movies sometimes.
please provide whatever info you have.

We have bredbandsbolaget (bredbandsbolaget.se) which works like a charm, easy to install and apparently possible in our Comhem house!
