Most off the shelf limited liability companies are sold by law firms in Sweden.
Try: http://www.grantthornton.se/In-English/Est...ness-in-Sweden/ There are many others, I have used certain law firms through the years, but that was with regards already established companies and legal advice. Should cost something in the range 10.000 - 20.000 + SEK for purchasing off-the-shelf, not absolutely sure nowadays! ... plus You need to have ready the Share Capital (normally around 100.000 SEK) to transfer. Swedish limited liability companies are limited to 100.000 SEK, and that theoretically |

It also depends on what kind of a firm you want to start. AB? Enskild firma? Handelsbolag? or something else. Here's a useful link for english speaking people:

For someone already owning a business somewhere else it is very strange to expect that someone else on this forum will actually tell you what kind of a company you should run. Either you have a business idea, or you don't. |

If you ask me " hey what business you recommend in Egypt: I will answer the best I know based of my Experience" Let me tell you a story, a friend of mine opened a Pizza restaurant in a Canadian city, and after 6 months , it closed, Why: he had no Canadian experience, Pizza at this city is a to be eaten at home but here in Egypt, we prefer it in restaurants Every Country had its own culture, that is why I am in this forum, asking , listening to your advices, Thank you |

It looks like there is demand for a proper chippy in Stockholm, since all the pubs offer really substandard dishes:
