Hi
Just signed up for the monthly sports package and having mixed experiences so far. Tried the Viaplay app on an iPad 2 for Arsenal vs Wolves but match feed drops after 0-120 seconds. On some occasions the audio keeps going. It's been the same experience throughout the first half. Now trying Viaplay on a Samsung Smart TV. For most of the half-time break the picture was freezing every few seconds but for the last 15 minutes it's worked very well. Can anyone else share their experience? I wondered if it was just a case of too many devices using the broadband but it seems to be a bit more random than that. Thanks |

Do be sure to let us know if you get the service working correctly. @Mark Can you tell me if and when a viaplay app will be available on the Samsung BD-D5500 Smart hub Blu-ray player please? |

It certainly is. Who says Swedish companies don't do customer service? I've now got a couple of things to try such as loading a firmware update for the TV via USB and I'll report back with the results. It looks like the issues might be restricted to live sports via the HD feed as things like movies and TV shows are working okay on all devices.

Quick update. I've now been using the service for a few weeks and it's been pretty good. I like having the option of watching more games and the HD feed and iPad issues seem to have been resolved. One note of caution in case you like to bet in-play. The iPad feed seems to be about 20-30 seconds behind what I can see on the TV app.
