That's good.
But remember that Pig has to be avoided completely. Pig is an omnivorous animal. People cannot be healthy by eating omnivorous animals. For O group it can be OK. But, it is not healthier for others. Avoiding of eating animals for A group is better. The only food oil for B's is Olive oil and linseed oil. But fish is OK for anyone. |

Bears are omnivores too and begin with letter B thus must be avoided on the dinner plate and in the wild as well.

Yes. Bear is not good to eat. If one eats a Bear meat then one gains with bad fat and becomes like a Björn. If one blindly eats everything like a bear then they have to face strange problems like this black bear:

Unfortunately, drugs seem to be the first thing many people gravitate to. Easier to take a pill than to change your lifestyle.

This idea popped up over 10 years ago and it's generally agreed upon (in the scientific community) that it's a bunch of bs. It's just another idea some crackpot came up with to sell some books.

The difference in blood groups is which antigens are found on the red blood cells and which antibodies are found in the blood. Nothing to do with digestion. If pigs are not good can you still eat boar, Boar?

I think a pig can chew a boar. Yes, a boar can eat a boar. That is why to eat a pig is not good for anyone's health. I tried to eat pig, a couple of times thinking it was cheap and thought to gain weight. But, instead got pains in the body after eating it. I tried to eat different organs of pigs. But, I couldn't make it. This was done some years ago. Now, I understand why pigs are no longer on my dinner table. If it is not digestion then why do I get pain in my stomach after a while when I finish eating?

Go on the Swiss Sunshine diet and bring a bunch of your fiends. That is for people who have body filled with useless fat. In that way they can reduce their fat instead of going to Sats. It doesn't suit for everyone. Eating right way will lead you to right path. Going to sats habituates you to go there all the time. Instead eat right and take a walk and fix your house. That will be fine. |
